Scrpitural Prayer for Genesis 1:3

At Your command, O God, light came to be-the visible light that brightens Your creation and the light of truth that illuminates our existence as Your creatures. Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. In our struggle to see by Your light, You have come as the Light of the world-JESUS, who turns even the darkness into light for us. O bright and Morning Star, let Your light shine in our hearts to give us the light of knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ!!In the name of JESUS CHRIST (Ps 18:28; 119:105; Jn 8:12; 2Cor 4:6; Rev 22:16)

Scrpitural Prayer for Genesis 1:1

You alone exist in the beginning O God. You alone are the Alpha and Omega, the one "who is, and who was, and who is to come." You alone transcend and embrace even time itself. You alone chose to create all things, to make a world to glorify Yourself and to receive Your love. You alone, in the mystery of your sovereignty, chose me even before the creation of the world to belong to You as Your special, beloved child. I am amazed, awestruck, humbled, beloved- and I bow before You alone. In the name of JESUS CHRIST. (Eph 1:4-6; Rev 1:8)
